The DBIA has been a major player in most of the public and private projects that have transformed the Downtown since 1981. Now more than ever The DBIA will be ramping up its revitalization efforts to lessen the impact of the pandemic to the downtown. We have five key goals in mind: accelerate the renewal of the city’s urban core, with quality of life as the underlying theme: build a lasting community for Downtown; recruit investors, entrepreneurs and tenants while retaining those that already call Downtown home; promote a vibrant and diverse Downtown; and make Downtown clean, safe and attractive.

Learn more about what our organization is doing to meet these goals.
