01 / A Message from Our Team

We can't wait to collaborate with you.

The Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) has been a major player in most of the public and private projects that have transformed the downtown since 1981. We are a non-profit organization that represents over 400 businesses in the downtown core.

At the DBIA we are dedicated to the development and promotion of our vibrant and diverse downtown district. We support, promote, and advocate for businesses within the DBIA catchment area, working closely with community and municipal partners in order to enhance the area’s economic vitality and cultural vibrancy.
